Clifton Presbyterian Church Booking Your Wedding |

| If you would like to proceed with booking the Clifton Presbyterian Church Sanctuary for your wedding ceremony, the following instructions will assist you. Please note that CPC ministers are only available to officiate at members’ weddings. Since neither the CPC minister nor the CPC organist are included in the application, you must contact either of them directly. |  See more photos of CPC! |
- Read and understand the Guidelines and Building Use Policy for Weddings.
- Print and complete:
- the Application for Use of Church Facilities for Weddings
- the Use of Church Facilities Agreement Form
- the Minister's Registration Form (Form A)
- Complete and submit the online Wedding Inquiry Form in order to receive verification that the church is available on the date that you are requesting. This must be done before filling in a date on the form.
- Complete and sign the application and agreement forms. Have your minister complete and sign Form A, including the pre-marital counseling section if the same minister has fulfilled this requirement. If a different minister or licensed counselor performs this function, they should sign in that section.
- Mail or bring all three forms and a check for the full amount, to the church office. All of these forms must have been received by the church secretary in order to be presented to the Session of CPC, for approval, on the fourth Thursday of each month.
- After the monthly meeting, a signed copy of your approved application form will be mailed to you. Notification by e-mail will also be used for a quicker response if you can supply an address. Only then will your booking of the Sanctuary be confirmed on the wedding calendar.
